Grey Road Partners, a family office investment firm focused on backing driven operators to grow lower market businesses across North America, today announced the appointment of Kyle Dennhardt as COO & Value Creation Partner. In this role, Kyle will work closely with our portfolio company leaders on building operational excellence within their teams, information systems and business processes.
Kyle brings 8 years of experience as the COO and CFO at Momentum Solutions, where he was instrumental in driving the company’s growth. His leadership extended across finance, legal, marketing and commercial sales, helping establish Momentum as a trusted partner to clients worldwide. Prior to Momentum, Kyle led audit and assurance engagements at MNP LLP.
