Kyle is the Chief Operating Officer and Value Creation Partner at Grey Road Partners, where he supports leadership teams of Grey Road portfolio companies in building operational excellence with a focus on people, process and systems.
Prior to Grey Road, Kyle served as Chief Financial Officer and later Chief Operating Officer of Momentum Solutions, a global leader in logistics, aviation, and crisis response. During his tenure, he was instrumental in driving the company’s growth, leading efforts that contributed to a 10x increase in both revenue and EBITDA. His leadership extended across finance, legal, marketing, and commercial sales, helping establish Momentum as a trusted partner to clients worldwide.
Before Momentum, Kyle was a Manager at MNP LLP, where he specialized in US GAAP and IFRS for Canadian and US Public companies. He began his career at GE Capital Solutions as a financial analyst.
During his free time, Kyle enjoys getting up to the cottage, staying active and spending time with family and friends.
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from the University of Guelph and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). He is a member of the UFE Honour Roll and has completed the U.S. International Qualification Exam through the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy.
