Rob Guice is an Operating Partner at Grey Road, focused on acquiring and operating a company within business services or industrial services.
Rob is an accomplished CEO with an impressive track record of driving growth and operational excellence across private equity–backed and publicly traded organizations. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing sales teams and delivered meaningful growth both organically and through acquisitions.
Most recently, Rob served as CEO of Citron Hygiene, in partnership with Birch Hill Equity Partners. He repositioned the business around menstrual hygiene and period dignity—an initiative that generated double-digit compounded annual growth across Canada, the U.S., and the U.K. Rob then successfully led the company through its sale to The Bidvest Group.
Prior to Citron, Rob was Executive Vice President of Stericycle International, overseeing more than $1 billion in revenue across 77 operating units in 21 countries. During his tenure, he significantly improved profitability by developing effective sales teams and reinforcing cost discipline. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Shred-it and Iron Mountain, each with substantial P&L ownership.
Rob joins Grey Road through the firm’s Operating Partner program, designed for experienced operators who want to acquire and grow a business in North America. Through this program, Operating Partners work hand-in-hand with the Grey Road team to source opportunities, evaluate acquisitions, and build long-term value.
Investment Focus

- Headquartered in the U.S. or Canada
- Minimum of $5 million in EBITDA
- Operates in business services or industrial services
- Control equity position (51%-100%)
