Rob is a member of the Grey Road Partners Advisory Board.
Rob is the Founder and former President of SDR Distribution Services, a North American leader in white-glove fulfillment for the fashion, footwear, accessory, and soft-goods industries. Founded in 2006, SDR pioneered what is now known as omnichannel fulfillment, providing high-touch logistics solutions for e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, and wholesale brands through operational excellence and a relentless focus on customer service.
Under Rob’s leadership, SDR expanded to more than 3 million square feet of warehousing space across 10 facilities throughout North America. The company employed over 600 full-time staff, flexing to nearly 1,000 employs during peak seasons, and was built on the guiding principle that “Everything Is Important.” In 2023, SDR was acquired by NFI Industries, a leading global logistics and supply-chain company with more than $5 billion in annual revenue and 18,000 employees across North America.
Today, Rob leads his family office, leveraging his extensive operational and entrepreneurial experience to invest across sectors including hospitality, real estate, private equity, and automotive.
